POS A1 Residential Building

POS A1 refers to the construction of a multi-residential building with 100 apartments, divided into two sections with 50 apartments each.

The building has a floor structure of B + G + 4 + A and includes a total of 164 parking spaces. The project was delivered on a turnkey basis and also included landscaping works around the building.

The project provided new housing capacity within the POS housing programme, with a functional organisation of residential space, parking and accompanying outdoor landscaping.
