Commercial Building Pivac 2

The facility consists of a production hall and an administrative building connected to the production hall, integrating production, technical and administrative functions within a single complex.

The production hall is 255 m long, 55 m wide and 17 m high, and is divided into three sections. Sections A and B include a basement, ground floor and technical floor, while section C includes a ground floor and technical floor.

The administrative building, measuring 50 m in length and 20 m in width, forms section D of the complex and consists of three floors intended for administrative and supporting business functions.

The main structure was executed as a precast reinforced concrete structure with a basic grid of 11 × 10 m. The structural system includes foundations, precast columns up to 17 m high, intermediate L and OT beams, intermediate TT slabs, and main and secondary roof T-girders.

The building is stiffened by four central cores containing staircases and freight elevators, as well as by basement walls.

The project provided modern conditions for the organization of production processes, technical support and administrative operations within a functionally connected industrial complex.
