Residential Building Spinut

Residential Building Spinut in Split includes 124 residential units of various sizes, a number of commercial spaces on the ground floor, and a Lidl grocery store in the basement of the building.

Three underground levels with garages and parking spaces were constructed, while the above-ground part of the building consists of two residential blocks of different heights.

The total surface area of the plot on which the building was constructed is approximately 5,900 m².

The project further improved the residential and commercial offer of the Spinut area in Split, functionally combining housing, commercial facilities and parking capacity.
