Residential Complex Obuljeno

Obuljeno Dubrovnik is a residential complex consisting of two buildings with 108 modern apartments.

The buildings are divided into two separate buildings, B and C, with six above-ground floors and two levels of underground garage. The buildings are energy-efficient and classified as energy class A+.

Each apartment is equipped with a heat pump system for heating and cooling medium preparation, fan coil units, radiators and domestic hot water preparation.
