Commercial and Residential Building Vir

A mixed-use residential and commercial building was constructed in Vir as a two-storey facility.

The ground floor houses a Tommy grocery store, while the upper floor includes three residential sections, each with 12 apartments, for a total of 36 apartments.

The project combines commercial and residential functions within a single functional building, improving both the local housing offer and everyday retail accessibility in the Vir area.
