Residential Building in Zadar

In the Zadar neighbourhood of Crvene kuće, the A3 multi-residential building was constructed as part of the POS housing programme, delivered on a turnkey basis.

The building includes 73 apartments with storage rooms and corresponding outdoor parking spaces. The project was designed as a functional multi-residential building that meets the needs of modern housing and everyday living for its residents.

The project improved the housing offer in Zadar and created quality living conditions in the urban area of the Crvene kuće neighbourhood.
