Coworking Pula Entrepreneurial Center

The Coworking Pula project included the removal of the existing “Mehanika” building and the construction of a new four-storey commercial building intended for modern office and coworking facilities.

The first two floors are planned as an open shared workspace with approximately 50 work units, while the building also includes eight enclosed office spaces with a total capacity of around 40 workplaces.

The building also includes a partitionable multimedia conference hall with an outdoor terrace and cloakroom, with a capacity of 120 seats. All floors are intended for office spaces and supporting facilities that enable a flexible, modern and functional way of working.

The project provides Pula with a modern business space intended for entrepreneurs, teams and users of the coworking work model.
