Extension of Park&Shop Shopping Centre – Imotski

The project involved the extension of the existing Park&Shop shopping centre in Imotski, constructed as a north-eastern annex connected to the existing building over a length of approximately 70 metres. As part of the project, the parking area was also expanded with an additional 134 parking spaces.

The new extension, with a gross floor area of 3,350 m², was constructed for lease purposes and consists of seven independent commercial units. The northern unit, intended for Mueller d.o.o., accounts for approximately half of the total newly built area.

The load-bearing structure was constructed as a precast reinforced concrete system consisting of precast reinforced concrete foundation footings and beams, columns, and primary and secondary roof girders.

The façades were constructed using sandwich panels with 15 cm thick mineral wool insulation. The roof system consists of high-profile metal sheeting with mineral wool insulation, finished with a Sika polymer waterproofing membrane.
