Production and Processing of Metal Products with Accompanying Facilities

The industrial facility consists of a production hall, an annex to the production hall and an administrative building, integrating production, technical and administrative functions within a single complex.

The production hall is 196 m long, 85 m wide and 15 m high, and consists of three expansion joints. It was constructed as a single-storey building supported by foundations, precast columns, façade beams and crane runway beams, with a façade envelope made of reinforced concrete façade panels. The roof structure was executed as a spatial truss.

The annex to the production hall is 135 m long, 15 m wide and 5 m high, and is functionally connected to the main production area. The administrative building, measuring 37 m in length and 23 m in width, was executed as a reinforced concrete monolithic structure and is intended for administrative and supporting business functions.

The project provided modern conditions for the organisation of production processes, technical support and administrative operations within a unified industrial complex.
