Production facility for Aluflexpack Novi

The construction of the new section of the production facility included four interconnected units intended for the processing, storage and packaging of aluminium foil products.

The project included areas for surface treatment, coating and lamination, cutting, automatic sorting and rack storage. The ground floor also includes laboratories, water treatment systems, presses, packaging areas, electrical cabinets and service rooms.

Office and technical rooms are located on the first and second floors of the southern annex.

The main machinery and intermediate floor structure were fully supported and reinforced with precast reinforced concrete elements, except for the steel storage area, which was founded on a massive foundation slab.

Concrete floor slabs with level differences, basins and installation channels were executed over a total area of 9,500 m². Steel and reinforced concrete staircases were constructed to provide vertical circulation and evacuation routes.

The project provided modern conditions for the processing, storage, packaging and logistical organization of aluminum foil products within a functionally connected production complex.
